According to news info regarding material-ui, a "flat" variant will be removed in the next update, most probably leading to text based issues.

Please consider updating currently existing variants to address this update.

Message received:
```Failed prop type: The `flat` variant will be removed in the next major release. `text` is equivalent and should be used instead.```
```Material-UI: you are using the deprecated typography variants that will be removed in the next major release.```
Arvados Workbench 2 - Bug #14638 (Closed): [Bug]Main Container][Other] Remove the option to click...https://dev.arvados.org/issues/146382018-12-18T08:19:01ZMichal Komorowski

Currently, when the user decides to change the name of the file already uploaded into a Collection, he is presented with a pop-up windows and a text field for name change. After triggering the window, the text field is empty, forcing the user to manually rewrite the whole name, if he decides to only change a number of the file (f.e. a new revision of an item or a typo).
The functionality could be improved so that the original name is pasted into the text field upon pop-up window trigger and is already highlighted for editing - this way the user can simply start typing if he decides on a completely new name, or can move to the end to just change a portion of it.
Arvados Workbench 2 - Bug #14268 (Resolved): [Bug][Main Container][Functionality] Item type Filte...https://dev.arvados.org/issues/142682018-10-01T13:56:41ZMichal Komorowski
