Provide link to project/colleciton that datasets reside in that are public from users profile page
Description
We would like to provide a link to the project or collection that the released dataset resides in so that the public can choose which dataset they would like.
In the users profile, tapestry should provide a 'view whole collection' link that will redirect to the Arvados collection or project the dataset resides in. The link should be in addition to all of the other links (for example, the 'view reports' link and 'download' link that's already there).
There is a project structure available at https://workbench.su92l.arvadosapi.com/projects/su92l-j7d0g-d000kgavzol8a8g . Datasets that are released to the public should be in this project structure to begin with and once they're there, the permissions should allow for public access.
