Arvados

When the pipeline_instance qr1hi-d1hrv-jl9fvzy3x8sdj8v is accessed in workbench, the API server seems to take more than 6.5secs to serve the pipeline. But the db time is only 27ms. Investigate where / what is taking all the other time and improve if possible.
