[Workbench] Pipeline instance shows wrong button labels in tab area

I ran a diagnostics pipeline and it completed successfully.
(Luckily the web sockets worked) and the pipeline component area displays the correct status as "Complete".
However, in the tab button area, where it should show me "Re-run with latest" and "Re-run options..." buttons continued to show me the "Pause" button (see incorrect-tab-buttons.png). Once I refresh the page, I see the correct buttons (see same-pipeline-after-refresh.png)
