[Workbench] add a configuration flag to hide compute nodes

Description
On-Prem installation with a shared HPC cluster (i.e. external slurm ) could show false information about the nodes that run.
For example: 0 busy nodes and 0 idle nodes.
It will be better in those cases to have a flag to hide that nodes status box from the UI.
