Description

Currently the new keepstore per-volume I/O stats are implemented for S3 volumes only. We need to also have them for Azure and "local directory" volumes.

- Can we also add “GetBlobMetadataOps” and “GetBlobPropertiesOps” to azureBlobStats struct?

- Needed the following to be able to successfully run tests

 go get -u github.com/curoverse/azure-sdk-for-go/storage
