created user https://workbench.qr1hi.arvadosapi.com/users/qr1hi-tpzed-w68kvgin92qp9gs and copied 9tee4-7fd4e-tyhlr6qigdl7oel to a new project and now using copy 9tee4-7fd4e-jhfmlxu1tlmnvjz for the test
modified ci.curoverse.com:/home/jenkins/diagnostics/arvados-workbench/9tee4-application.yml accordingly
https://ci.curoverse.com/job/diagnostics-suite-9tee4/ was created and added to the pipeline
the script arvados-dev/jenkins/run-diagnostics-suite.sh was slightly modified to fit the needs branch 10769-diagnostics-9tee4 @ arvados-dev needs review

where is that supposed to be? ---
maybe we need some tweaking of the job?
