[WB] 'Used by' tab empty when no graph is available

Description

On collection's 'Used by' tab, it would be useful to show some message (or make the tab greyed out, unclickable?) when there's no graph to be shown, so that the user doesn't have to guess if something is wrong, or if it's ok for the tab to show empty.
