Branch 11739-container-requests-in-dashboard @ 23c8dd0d911c4b238169f399ff455f2dab9f0b4f

Fetches all containers and children of any active container requests in one request each.

Test "dashboard should show the correct status for processes" in projects_controller_test.rb is useful in checking this update (test not updated).
