Find arvados-cwl-runner version easier in a container request

Description

I found the arvados/jobs image commit in the api_response of a job and then i ran some shell script to find all the a-c-r versions. Then I looked on dev.arvados.org repository to find the time stamp of that arvados/job image and then matched up the dates with the a-c-r versions.

arvados-cwl-runner should just log the version somewhere in a container request
