Make pull request to upstream Rabix project with changes needed to support run-as-webapp configuration.
TODO:
- Put Arvados specific customizations behind a feature flag
- Ensure that upstream Rabix electron app configuration is unaffected
- Examine possible refactoring to reduce instances of code duplication between Rabix & Arvados configurations
