Description

Currently the display for containers/container requests says "Output data not available" if the output collection has been deleted. It's not obvious from this whether there is actually an output collection UUID which is inaccessible for some reason or of the UUID is missing.

Let's instead render this as <uuid> (Unavailable) without any href so that it's obvious that there's UUID on the record.
