Description
Provide a /shared virtual directory at the top of the standard FUSE/WebDAV layout. Contents correspond to the /arvados/v1/groups/shared API response, with UUIDs appended to names ("${name}--${uuid}") to ensure uniqueness.
WebDAV and the future Go FUSE driver will be covered by adding the new "shared" dir to the Go collectionfs system.
A "shared" dir already exists in arv-mount, but needs to be updated to append UUIDs to names.
