Description

Add a Markdown file to the Git repo (in docs) that gives a high level overview of the Lightning CWL pipeline.

This is meant as a first pass and a high level overview without going into too much detail. The CWL is still being implemented so this document will be talking about CWL parts that aren't necessarily implemented and the document will change as we update the CWL.

Markdown document has been created.

draw.io was used to create the diagram. An XML file has been saved in the data directory in case someone wants' to import the diagram for later editing.
