  • Subject changed from [cwl] a-c-r logs more useful information in --quiet to [cwl] a-c-r logs useful information on failure even with --quiet

When running cwl conformance tests, error messages don't include the uuid or error log because of --quiet. When a workflow fails, even with --quiet, it should include the container request uuid and (ideally) some of the logs from the error.
