As our imputation and phasing process is getting worked out, it seems like a good time to talk about whether we want to include phasing and imputation into the data we store.

At worst, this could be additional bit vector fields in the CGF to flag which tiles are phased and imputed along with extra data to give fine grained information about the phasing and imputation. There might be another way to extend CGF to include other data types that have that information.

This ticket is a placeholder for that discussion. To close this ticket, we should:

• discuss whether we want that phasing and imputation information on a tile-by-tile basis and if so, what information we should store
• if we do want that information, discuss how to store it in the relevant tiling information (CGF, Band, npy, etc.).
