As a user I would like to get service to contents API
so that I could read, filter and paginate all kinds of data in uniformed way
Acceptance criteria:
- service (similar to project service) that can read collections, projects and workflows as one stream of data
- supports filtering and pagination (see project service)
- supports sorting
- Target version set to sprint 3
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- % Done changed from 0 to 90
- % Done changed from 90 to 100
- Status changed from In Progress to Closed
