[Data operations] Details panel - activity tab

Description

As a user I would like the see last activity of the data in details panel
so that I will be informed about previous changes

Acceptance criteria:
- last activity with the date of changes is visible
- system displays information who made last changes.

User flow:

1a. Click on " i " icon to open right side panel and then select item from content list.
1b. Select item from content list and then click on " i " icon to open right side panel.

2. Click on "Activity" tab.

3. See last activity
