Description

As a user I would like to have validation from the system before modal will close
so that I don't have to start over with process of creating a new project

Acceptance criteria:
- projects name should be unique inside specific project
- projects with different location might have the same name
- validation occur after clicking "Create a project"
- notification appears under current input with information that "This name is already taken."
