[Data operations] Removing (removing from trash)

Description
As a user I would like to remove fiels from the trash
so that I can removed permanently fiels and make more space in the system.
Acceptance criteria:
- "remove" icon is visible in the table
- removed files are permanently removed from the system
- confirmation message is provided
- option to select and remove selected files at once
- snackbar appears after succesful action
