[Data operations] Data Collection view - Information card

Description
As a user I would like to see information card inside data collection view
so that I will have access to basic information about collection
Acceptance criteria:
- card include basic information about collection as: Collection UUID, number of files, content size, owner, watermark with information about date of last modification
- card contain "more option" icon with possible action with collection as:
Edit collection, Share, Move to, Add to favorites, Copy to project, View details, Provenance graph, Advanced, Remove
Additional: resize of context menu under "more options" icon
