Description

Get current operating state from all arvados services that export it, combine everything into one JSON document (e.g., output["arvados-ws"]["10.9.8.7:1234"] == response from arvados-ws at http://10.9.8.7:1234/status.json), and output it to stdout. If any errors are encountered, log them to stderr afterward and exit non-zero.
