[Data operations] Data operations view - Files card - file table menu

Description
As a user I would like to manage selected files
so that I can remove, download selected files or create a new collection with selected.
Acceptance criteria:
- modal with options to: select all, unselect all, remove selected, download selected, create a collection from selected
- option to select and unselect all files
- possibility to create new collection with selected and specify the new localization for the collection
- confirmation popup after clicking to remove selected
