$ arv-copy --src e51c5 --dst e51c5 --project-uuid=e51c5-j7d0g-juq4oe6mqtwffge e51c5-4zz18-mfdqfuojlmcwjyv

I think I should get another copy here with a different uuid.

Subject changed from arv-copy no longer creates a new collection if copied within the same cluster to arv-copy will not create a new collection if copied within the same project

Yea that's intentional, driven by the original use case of copying pipelines, and not wanting to clutter up the target project with redundant collections.

Other behaviors are more reasonable for other uses.
