[Looking for data and advanced search][Multi Site Search] - Show Projects from different Arvados instances in left side tree navigation

Description
As a user
I would like to be able to see projects of different Arvados instances in the same UI
so that I can view and navigate the projects of remote Arvados instances.
Acceptance criteria:
- Projects of remote Arvados Instances are shown and navigable
- Instance Name is indicated (e.g. ARDEV, ARKAU, ARIND, ARPEZ)
- Subject changed from [Advanced Search] - Multi Site Search to [Advanced Search][Multi Site Search] - Show Projects from different Arvados instances in left side tree navigation
- Description updated (diff)
