Description

As a user I would like to see through all project and collections
so that I can find needed files to run a workflow

Acceptance criteria:
- tree (data structure)
- possibility to manage through projects, collections in projects and files in collections
- search facility
- top nested locations: Projects, Shared with me, Favorites
- all top locations, collections and files are collapsed at the beginning
