Description

When logging to Arvados Workbench from Arvados Log-In page, the user can observe a flicker when the command is executed - the Log-In page disappears, popus up for a moment and then redirects to the Workbench.

Please refer to the attached video.

1. Navigate to Arvados Log-In page (make sure to be logged-out)
2. Log In

Observed result:
The screen flickers when logging in.

Expected result:
The logging process should be free of any graphic issues.
