<ul></ul><p>I worked around the immediate issue on c97qk (workbench throws a fit because it can't find some containers referenced by container requests) in the following way.</p>
<p>First, get the list of container requests in this situation:</p>
<pre>
arvados_production=# copy (select uuid from container_requests where container_uuid not in (select uuid from containers)) to '/tmp/missing_containers.csv' with csv delimiter ',';
COPY 637
</pre>
<p>Then, unlink them from the missing containers with this script:</p>
<pre>
#!/bin/bash
set -e
while read cr_uuid; do
echo $cr_uuid
sudo -u postgres psql arvados_production <<EOF
copy (select * from container_requests where uuid='$cr_uuid') to '/tmp/14428/$cr_uuid.csv' with csv delimiter ',';
update container_requests set container_uuid=null where uuid='$cr_uuid';
EOF
done </tmp/missing_containers.csv
