• I think a-c-r docs need some updates about the new parameters, and also maybe a submission example as the final part of the federated-workflows.html page?
• Would it be convenient to mention that Workbench currently won’t be showing remote steps?
• I think there’s also missing information about cwl#dockerCollectionPDH, right?

Refreshed the cwl-run-options page, added a section about --submit-runner-cluster, and added an example command line.
