[Bug][Main Container][Layout] Graph field is too big when no workflows were chosen yet

Description

It was observed that if the user navigates to Graph section during Workflow creation, before any workflow has been chosen, the field for the Graph is very big, leaving a big empty space in the middle of the screen.
Please note that the Description and Inputs sections have a significantly smaller spaces.
