[Looking for data and advanced search] Global search is unable to find projects or collections only by uuid.

It should be possible to use any useful query term in the search to search the instance for projects, collection or processes. At the moment it seems this only support the "name" field of collections, groups and container_requests. At least UUID as well as description should be supported by the basic search.
Acceptance Criteria:- Search for a collection/project/container_request uuid and find the corresponding collection
- Search for a word/phrase within the "description" field
- Search for a word/phrase within the "name" field
