Description

As a user, I would like to see information about the version and debugging info
so that I will know basic information about the application.

Acceptance criteria:
- access is available from the "Help" panel
- information appears in modal
- modal contains: Support email, Current page, Workbench version, API version, API startup time, API address, User UUID
