-Incorrect behaviour happens when using properties which keys or values contain white space.
According to documentation at https://doc.arvados.org/api/methods.html section 'Filtering on subproperties' neither key nor value can contain whitespace.
There are to solutions:
1. Replace invalid characters with different ones for example whitespace with underscore.
2. Add validation so that user cannot provide key or value that contains invalid characters.-

Search box language was modified to allow multi word properties search.
Property syntax:
- previous: has:property_key:property_value
- current: has:"proeprty key":"property value"
