GET-Evidence

Hi,
My team is trying to setup GET-evidence locally for some of our clinical genomics work. We're using the most recent code from the github repo, as out of date as it may be, and have made quite a lot of headway and improvements to the installer, which we intend to report back to you in time.

However we're stuck on the GeneTests section, since that NCBI resource is now deprecated.
Specifically, the ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/pub/GeneTests/data_to_build_custom_reports.txt no longer exists.

From your import_genetests_data.php I can infer what the file structure might have looked like, and I suspect I can create an equivalent file from the data available from NCBI's GeneReports and GTR.
It would be fantastic if you still had a recent? copy of data_to_build_custom_reports.txt that you could provide to me?
