[Workbench2] Linking to collections in input object display, recording uuids of input collections

Description
In rails workbench, the input object and command line is annotated with links to collections and files referenced by the input object. Workbench2 should have a similar feature.
In addition, when setting the inputs to run a workflow, it should record the uuid of input collections in the Arvados extension field "http://arvados.org/cwl#collectionUUID" (for feature parity with #14322)
