Description

Inside of a running process, sometimes it displays no logs available. Also refreshing the page takes a long time and doesn't make it there (I waited 5 minutes+) (my example: https://workbench2.e51c5.arvadosapi.com/process-logs/e51c5-xvhdp-0qb398s8sfhqrgm)
