[Workbench 2] Add support for setting trashIntermediate value on workflows

Customer request:
Some of our workflows are producing intermediate data that is not worth keeping even for a short time after the workflow completes. Therefore the --trash-intermediate option in the arvados-cwl-runner is very interesting for us. However our users want to run the workflows from the workbench and are not using the command line.
I would like to propose adding --trash-intermediate to the Workbench 2 advanced options
The would allow for ad-hoc decision to trash the intermediate output of standard workflows.
