Improve pagination of very long lists

Description
For all pages where we use pagination, please make the following two changes:
- add an additional page size of 100 rows per page (current maximum of 50 should remain an option as well)
- Add >> and << buttons which go to the last and first pages, respectively so it's easy to jump to the end of a long list
