Description
If you make a project public and shared with anonymous users, the resulting permission link is missing a human readable name.
Secondary bug reported: adding permission to a group seems to add permissions to each individual user instead (!).

Updates at c866a7aa - branch 15524-wb2-sharing-fixes
- Updated several dependencies to address security issues
- Show group's name on the sharing dialog instead of the uuid
- When sharing to a group, create just one permission link to that group instead of one link for every group member.
