Description

From a customer:

In workbench 2, when files generated by the workflow are located in a folder, I am unable of copying them to another collection (the attached error massage appears in the bottom right end corner, and yes the files are incorrect :) ). In contrast, this functionality is working fine when files are not embedded in a folder or when using workbench 1.

I've been trying to reproduce the issue without any luck.

For what I can see on the code, the error message shown on the attached screenshot happens as a fallback message, so the exception being catched could be of various types.

It seems there're 3 ways of copying files on wb2: one is copy the entire collection to another project by clicking on the "three vertical dots" icon at the collection's top right corner and then selecting the"copy to project" item. Others are selecting some files/dirs on the collection and clicking the "three horizontal dashes" icon and using either "copy selected into the collection" or "create a new collection with selected".

None of those options gave me issues when trying copying files with subdirectories from an output collection on qr1hi. We might need more information from the user.
