[Workbench2] Indicate when a DataExplorer filter is active

Description
The DataExplorer lets users filter individual columns based on their potential values. The filter is only visible if the user clicks on the filter icon at the top of the column. This makes it easy to forget or not know items are being filtered. A graphical representation at the top of the column would make this more obvious.
