Navigate to the newly created collection when extracting files from an existing one

Description
Right now, workbench allows selecting multiple files and creating a new collection with, or copying the selected files. In the case of creating a new collection, it should take the user to the newly created collection, as workbench1 does.
Also, when creating a collection from selected files: the name of the new collection should be something like "Files from NameOfOriginalCollection" or "Collection created at..." as on WB1.
