Description
Set up self-managed site of https://www.discourse.org/

Something like community.arvados.org

The free tier doesn't support custom domains (it would have to be something like arvados.discourse.group). But mainly we prefer to self-host. Maybe Ward has opinions.

I don't know much about discourse but I agree that it is probably valuable to control the namespace (i.e. url) for our qa site. self-hosting seems like a fine solution for that, no?
