Description

Set up self-managed site of https://www.discourse.org/

Install docs: https://github.com/discourse/discourse/blob/master/docs/INSTALL.md

Something like community.arvados.org

Can probably run on the same server as redmine.

The free tier doesn't support custom domains (it would have to be something like arvados.discourse.group). But mainly we prefer to self-host. Maybe Ward has opinions.

I don't know much about discourse but I agree that it is probably valuable to control the namespace (i.e. url) for our qa site. self-hosting seems like a fine solution for that, no?
