Description

Click on "Copy to Project" with a container request.

It will fail with

Requesting container uuid cannot be modified in state 'Uncommitted' (nil, "x1u39-dz642-vr6x3a2o2715vtk") (req-d6pyufl9u43ril2hc2zy)

However, since copying a container request doesn't make sense, the option should be removed.

The desired operation for copying a container request is the "re-run" option, which resets certain fields and resubmits the rest.

Removes "Copy process" option, because it doesn't make sense. Need to improve the "Re-run" action instead.
