API Endpoint not found when opening advanced menu of collection

Description
This is not happening with all collection but in one situation, when trying to open the advanced Menu in a collection, i get this error message.
DevTools shows that it tries to call https://api.ardev.roche.com/arvados/v1/users/ and because of the trailing slash it throws this error.
This can be tested on this collection (inside the corporate network)
