Arvados

First version of the saltstack formula uploaded to our internal deployment gitolite server (git@git.curii.com:salt/formulas/arvados.git) and to the public github repo

It can install, configure and uninstall the following components:

• api
• config
• controller
• keepproxy
• keepstore
• keepweb
• repo
• shell
• websocket
• workbench
• workbench2

The formula includes acceptance tests to verify the install proceeded as expected, and is automatically verified with Inspec
