Show sharing dialog also for users with read and write permissions

Description
Current the sharing dialog is only shown to users with mange permissions. It would be great to show the dialog also to users with read and write permissions but deactivate the share button in the dialog for them. This would allow to see who owns and with whom it is shared already.
