Consider excluding api_client_authorization from audit logs by default.

Description

Especially with federation enabled, I've noticed a large portion of audit log entries are just about tokens being created or updated (when expired tokens are deleted, that isn't recorded).

Although, it does have the side effect of recording activity by the user, even if they don't change anything in the system.
