Description

Some UI improvement Ideas.

- Top level projects (projects that have a user uuid as owner) show the user name in this list of shared users as "Owner".
- Show the "shared with" users list by default and don't hide it behind the "Advanced" button
- List the actual "Shared with" users and groups and not just the ones set through permission links on the current project.
