Description
When trying to create a new collection from a selected file the predefined collection name is the same as the source collections name. The target project is not selected but it would make sense to select the current project as default
If the name was changed before (to avoid the constraint violation) it shows this even though the operation was successful.
Default name should be something like "Files extracted from: ..."
The project picker is already used for the user to choose which project to copy.

I think this requirement from the ticket's description is still pending.
Last time we discussed that this requirement will be dropped from this ticket as it was much more demanding than expected, you can ask Peter if it is still valid
Ok, so for the future it would be good to update the ticket's description if requirements change.
